- Lubing of rails, guides, rollers, and other components
- Cleaning of pit and car top
- Tightening down all hardware deemed necessary
- Making minor adjustments to unit if needed
- Inspection of proper and safe operations of unit

- 3-Year Plan — $1,650
- 5-Year Plan — $2,575
