The Garaventa Genesis OPAL is a versatile and reliable unenclosed vertical platform lift ideal for lifting passengers and mobility devices vertically up on porches or decks; and is ideal for indoor or outdoor use. The Genesis OPAL lift is perfect for a variety of both residential and commercial uses, such as churches, schools, historic buildings, libraries, etc.

- Choice of drive systems: Choose from mechanical leadscrew drive system or hydraulic drive system.
- Other standard features: Extruded anodized aluminum panels; door interlocks; frame-mounted standard call station; constant pressure switches.
- Standard finishes: Steel panels and framework finished with electrostatically applied baked Silver Moon paint. Panels, gates, and mast are framed with Silver Moon aluminum extrusions.
- Safety features: Manual emergency lowering hydraulic release valve (hydraulic system only); or manual emergency lowering hand-crank wheel (leadscrew system only) in case of power outage. Interlocks and internal door closers; illuminated and audible emergency stop switch.
