How are wheelchair platform lifts powered?

The vertical platform lifts we offer are powered by normal AC current, with an option to upgrade to a continuous charging DC battery-power motor. Choosing the battery-powered unit can be advantageous as it will provide several “round trips” in the event of a power outage.
